Can I customize or modify the interiors of my flat?

Yes, Customization or alterations to the flat is allowed with prior intimation in writing to the builder about the same within the purview of the building rules and regulations. The builder shall carry out such alterations provided that purchaser pays in advance, the extra cost in respect thereof.

What is Semi - Furnished and Fully - Furnished?

Semi Furnish - Designed False Ceiling, LED Lighting, Granite Sit out, Modern Kitchen, Exhaust Fans, TATA Sky connection. Fully Furnish- Along with the above cited,Air Conditioner,Furniture and fixtures,Geysers,Curtains, Mattresses,Pillows,Bed Sheet, Cloth drying stand,Towel hangers,Soap Dispensers and 5 years warranty on the flat.

Is Rajdeep Project Pet Friendly?

All our projects are Non- Pet Friendly.

Is Warranty on a fully furnished flat extendable?

No. But clients can avail paid services through our Sister Concern Company Rajdeep Maintenance Services.

Do Rajdeep Builders provide balconies?

Yes, If one wishes to keep an open balcony to the flat he/she shall intimate in writing to the builder when building is at construction stage and adhere to the maintenance policy of Rajdeep Builders.

Does the Rajdeep Project form a Housing Society?

Yes. But Rajdeep Projects are handled by Rajdeep's In-house Maintenance Department. Thus maintaining the premises for 25 years.If majority of the flat owners decide to discontinue maintenance services after 5 years but before completion of 10 years, the management will take necessary steps to form a society

How can I register maintenance related complaints?

Call and register your complaint on the following number 0832 2957755 & the complaint will be resolved within 24 hours.

Do I need to pay for parking?

One Free Parking allotted per flat.Additional parking is chargeable.

Why are Rajdeep projects high priced than other developers?

Our projects are built with high quality materials like TATA Steel, Ultratech Cement.Interiors furnished with double charged vitrified marbonite tiles, 316 Marine grade stainless steel and superior workmanship resulting in prolonged life span of the building.

Is there a Swimming pool in Rajdeep projects?

We do not have a swimming pool in any of our projects as it increases the cost of maintenance and utilizes the space which otherwise can be used for landscaping, club house and other amenities.
