Rajesh Tarkar was born in the small beautiful Island of Goa known as Akhada, which is situated at St. Estevam, Tiswadi, Goa. It is a success story of how humble beginning and job-oriented person can build a Business Empire.
He began his career in 1992 as a sub staff at The Goa State Cooperative Bank and simultaneously successfully answered BBA exam (Bachelor of Business Administration) and achieved promotion of Branch Manager in the same Bank.
Moreover, due to his interest and passion for Sales, he then jumped into Insurance Industry and joined as a Unit Manager in SBI Life Insurance Company. There he achieved a great success over the period of 6years up to the level Territory Manager. Received many Awards as best sales manager and also honored with “MD-Puraskar” by CEO of the SBI in the year 2011.
Later, with a willingness to develop more and being passionate about interior designing work, with full enthusiasm he started his own Brain child called Rajdeep Builders in the year 2013, the only Builder in Goa with a unique and new concept of providing Fully Furnished residential flats with 5years Warranty & maintenance services for 25years. Because of this unique concept, he achieved a great success in Real Estate Industry within a short period of 5years with tremendous public support.
For his fabulous remarkable work in Real Estate Sector, many organizations honored him with Awards.
1) Goan of the year award 2015 in Business category by Lokmat Media Pvt Ltd through public voting by the hands of Former Governor Ms. Mrudula Sinha, in the presence of Former Chief Minister, Chairman of Lokmat at Kala Academy.
2) Vishwakarma Award 2018 by Lokmat Pune, selected for success story of 1st generation Builder, in the book of Vishwakarma.
In addition to the above, he has received numerous similar awards presented by variousorganizations.
He is a strong believer of Bhagavadgita’s Bhakti & Karma yoga. He always says “Bhagavadgita is a manual for peaceful life and should be followed since childhood. If we manifest its teaching within ourselves then sky is the limit for success and blissful life. Life is beautiful with Krishna consciousness”.
In addition to being a successful businessman, he continued his social work with dedication through many cultural groups. He is also a passionate musician known to the public as a Drummer, Singer and also plays many Indian Classical Instruments. Along with his wife, the Prominent Singer Mrs. Deepa Tarkar has performed together many live stage shows in and outside Goa.
Besides a successful businessman, he is blessed with a happy family life with parents, wife and two beautiful children. He resides at his own creative with elegantly designed building known as Rajdeep Residency, Dona Paula-Goa.
